Submit an RMA Request

Channel partners can complete the following form to submit an RMA request for DOA, Surplus and Damaged inventory. Once you submit this form, a notification will be sent to the Dealer Support Group to process the request.

RMA Submission Checklist

You'll be asked for the following items:

  • Customer ID
  • A completed Surplus Inventory RMA Request Form - click here for a copy
  • In the case of damaged or DOA equipment:
    • Part or serial number, or MAC address
    • A description of the issue
    • If the unit is damaged, provide 1-3 photos of the damage

Reminder: RMA’s are issued with a 30 day validity period. As per the dealer agreement, you will be invoiced the cost of the equipment if you fail to return the equipment within the 30 day window.

Fixed Wireless Installation

Quality Standards Requirements: Xplornet installs must be completed using Xplornet-branded products.

LTE/FWA installation requires, in addition to the CPE and mount, one each of:

  • Surge Suppressor
  • Outdoor shielded Cat5 cable with integrated messenger wire.  Available in lengths of 50', 75', 125'
  • Unshielded Cat5 cable, no messenger wire (outdoor rated but called, colloquially, "indoor cable").  Available in lengths of 25', 50', 75'

Please log into Sales Force via the dealer portal to order all your accessories and Xplore Consignment inventory

All dealers and Internal Field Technicians will be required to utilize the Inventory Tab in their Dealer Portal or Salesforce Views to submit their Consignment Inventory and Installation Essential order requests effective May 16th.Should you have any additional questions regarding this new process please reach out to your District Operations Manager (DOM) for support.

Satellite installation requires, in addition to the satellite antenna, standard tri-mast mount, and modem:

  • Wall mount or roof mount
  • Ground box & ground wire.
    • Ensure that grounding meets local regulations
  • Run up to 150' Xplore-branded or approved RG6 cable with ground attached
